What systems do you manage?

We begin with a 30-minute discovery call to ensure we’re a good fit and clarify your needs. If we move forward, we follow with a 60–90 minute kickoff session where we map your workflows, priorities, and operational bottlenecks. From there, we begin implementing your support systems and structured ongoing assistance.

We integrate into your existing tech stack to ensure seamless continuity in your workflows. We are highly proficient in Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, Later, Flodesk, Docusign, and Microsoft Office. Our focus is strengthening your existing systems rather than replacing them.

Is there a long-term commitment?

We work on a monthly support basis, which means you can start or continue support as long as it’s the right fit for your business. There’s no long-term commitment required, and you can adjust or pause support as needed with notice before your next billing cycle.

We primarily communicate via email and asynchronous Slack (when included in your support package). Communication is structured and intentional rather than real-time, which allows us to focus on thoughtful execution rather than constant interruptions. We also hold weekly syncs to review priorities, progress, and upcoming needs. Email communication is responded to within a 24-hour window on business days.
